Simone was a dream for us. We were working remotely for the most part, which meant that we had to rely on Simone for her knowledge of all Seattle's many neighborhoods as well as her expertise in navigating the difficult real estate market there. She showed us a wide range of properties, homes, townhouses and condos. We found a condo in Ballard with a perfect location, she was able to show it to us right away as it already had an offer on it but was not accepted. In the end the condo had three offers and with the help of some very good advice from Simone we are now the owners of the condo and could not be happier. Simone was without a doubt the best realtor we ever worked with. She was completely available, worked hard at staging and marketing and sold our place within the first week. We attribute this to the fact that we took her advice and trusted her on pricing, etc. She did her homework on the market in Eastlake and really was amazing.

Simone is FABULOUS - she sold my condo for more than I paid in a down market. She knows how to stage, market and sell in a very deliberate way. More importantly, from the buying side, she is one of very few unbiased agents... most will encourage or discourage people to buy certain types of properties (condos vs. co-ops, for example), but she doesn't. She merely gives you the information to make an informed decision and lets you figure out what is best for your situation. She comes highly recommended!
